Tues-Fri 10 am-3 pm, Sat 11am-4pm
For your visit to The Little Loomhouse, we recommend you wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, with a back, suitable for walking uphill over gravel surfaces. Although drop ins are welcome, parking is limited, if it is important you visit on a specific day or time, please call in advance, 502-367-4792.
Tours
$5.00 per person- free for members. Includes a tour of all three historic cabins and an oral history of the life of Master Weaver, Lou Tate, and her work. You will also have the opportunity to see a number of vintage weaving tools and woven samples. Guided Tours with Individual Weaving Lesson and take home souvenir $12. Groups of 10 or more $10, please call to schedule.
Mini-Weaving Lessons are available during our open hours. The cost is $7/person for the 20 minute session. You can expect to weave a “mug rug”/coaster souvenir to take home.

The Little Loomhouse is located at 328 Kenwood Hill Road in the Kenwood Hill neighborhood of South Louisville just east of Iroquois Park.
